The designed building features a fully symmetrical floor plan based on a distinctive architectural concept, with its form inspired by a butterfly opening its wings, conveying a sense of lightness, balance, and spatial harmony.The building has a gross floor area of 738.8 m², accommodating three group rooms, a multipurpose hall, community spaces, and dedicated facilities for staff, resulting in a functional and flexible spatial layout.
